Hello Athens
Almost 12 hours after leaving Samos island, the giant ferry approaches Piraeus port, the main port of Athens. I have mix feelings, excited and anxious. Sailing toward Athens
The ferry left Samos island by 11:30 AM. She would stop by 12 other islands on our way to Athens. I had a ticket for the open deck and I was looking for a spot to get comfortable, cozy and enjoy the impeccable scenery. The blue ink color of the Aegean sea and the naked volcanic islands bring in a very rare beauty in to eyes.
